Shanghai Jiangqiao Wanda Plaza is located in the Jiangqiao plate of Jiading District in the northwest of Shanghai, close to Jinsha Jiangxi Road in the north, Huajiang road in the East, adjacent to Putuo District, and on the Shanghai Nanjing development axis of the Yangtze River Delta. It is only about 14km away from the people's Square in the city center and 8km away from Zhongshan Park. The planned land of Wanda Plaza of Shanghai Jiangqiao is about 186300 m2, with a total construction area of about 550000 m2, including a commercial area of about 250000 m2. The project focuses on multiple property types such as urban apartment, commercial plaza, SOHO, catering bar street and so on. The project was officially started in November 2009 and the square opened in May 2011.
